We're hiring! Join our team as anExperienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solidnetworking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notchcustomer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliversmart hands support for on-site and remote issues.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Respond to IT related Requests and Incident calls in Service Now
  • Correctly create Tech Hub visit tickets, track incidents and IMAC tickets in a timely and accurately manner in Service Now
  • PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose printer hardware and software, and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
  • Ability to resolve Microsoft operating system issues and errors (from Windows XP up to Windows 10/11)
