Onsite End User/Desktop Support-HW and SW support-MS products.

Start Date - Feb 2026 - May 2026 - with posssible extension 

  • Hours Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm
  • Onsite - Norwalk, CT 
  • Microsoft Account Support

  • Password resets
  • Microsoft Office Troubleshooting

  • Microsoft Office Repair
  • Outlook Manage/troubleshoot Outlook plugins/add-ins that may stop working or become disabled by Outlook Troubleshoot mail sync issues (emails not syncing, sent messages being stuck in outbox, etc.)
  • Teams Resolve sound input/output related issues with connected audio devices, specifically Bluetooth devices that executives useCconnecting to conference room using laptop or mobile device
  • Excel Re-enabling plugins/COM add-ins that may stop working unexpectedly
  • Printer/Scanner Troubleshooting

  • Printer re-installation if Windows has issues detecting printer
  • Toner replacement
