Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Hardware Support Engineer to provide dedicated, full-time support for enterprise server and rack solutions at a customer location in Rivabellosa, Spain. The role focuses on break/fix support, diagnostics, and hardware repairs for advanced server platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite break/fix support for enterprise server and rack systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware faults efficiently
  • Support and maintain: B200 Liquid-Cooled Rack Solutions & Servers; B40 PCIe Air-Cooled Systems
  • Perform component replacement, system checks, and validation testing
  • Work closely with internal teams and follow defined service procedures
  • Ensure minimal downtime and high system availability
  • Maintain accurate service and incident documentation
  • Training: Product and solution training will be provided by SMC
