Position Description: QPS Employment Group is hiring an On-Site Program Manager for our client in Richardson, Texas. We are looking for a passionate individual who is motivated, goal-driven, and committed to hard work. The person will be working on-site at our client in a warehouse facility and oversees the planning, implementation, and ongoing success of our onsite operational and service plans. The Onsite Project Manager will be responsible for all things associated with our onsite program including the selection of onsite personnel, training and development of onsite personnel, developing rapport and relationships with key client contacts, and providing continuing oversight and feedback to our onsite staff. This is an internal position with QPS Employment Group, Monday- Friday, 1st shift.
