About The Role

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling the documentation and requirements of clients who avail of Loft’s business services.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure projects remain within scope and timeline
  • Report the progress of projects to the client success team on a regular basis
  • Assist in tracking project issues and drive their resolution
  • Log and update project status via Asana
  • Proactively make suggestions to the team on how to improve current process
  • Must maintain excellent relationship with partners and stakeholders (i.e. government offices, banks, and others)
  • Request budget needed and manage the liquidation on a timely basis
  • Ensure successful turnover of documents to clients and/or the client success team
