Onsite Project Manager with a minimum experience of 10 to 20 years.
Qualifications
BE. Mechanical / Diploma In Mechanical.
Responsibilities
Prepare installation/erection plan.
Managing sites for installation and commissioning of projects.
Execution of project as per plan with team handling.
Execution of cost controls.
Planning, execution, controlling, monitoring, site reporting all the activities with reference to agreed schedule.
Co-ordinating along with cross functional teams.
Documentation updation and lessons learnt with sharing site feedback for system performance improvements.
Spares and services business development initiative support.
Testing & proving as per test plan.
Debugging faults, providing services to supplied equipment's within & out of warranty.
Generation testing records.
Cross functional information exchange to complete the project.
QMS documentation.
Dispatch shop floor management for assigned project.
Team management.
Customer management.
Leave sanction, site planning, resource planning, site purchases if any.
About the Company (Preferred Project Experience)
SPM, Conveyors, Robotics, Automation, Material Handling Equipments.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Gantries and Assemblies.
Mechanical - Reading assembly drawings & layout and understanding process symbols and tolerance.
Knowledge of critical alignments & measuring instruments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the industry.
