Job Purpose

The Onsite Search Specialist is responsible for optimizing the onsite search experience in assigned country batches. Using insights from Analysts and collaboration with Category Managers, this role configures query rules, synonyms, filters, and boosts to deliver relevant and localized search results.

Principal Accountabilities

• Execute search query optimizations based on analyst insights and performance data.
• Configure and maintain synonyms, sorting rules, redirects, and filter logic.
• Implement specific boosts and rule sets (e.G., seasonal promotions).
• Adapt search settings to reflect language nuances and local user behavior.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to review new product/content inputs.
