Key responsibilities
Perform system installation, configuration, integration and upgrades on servers and related infrastructure.Conduct routine server maintenance, system patching and performance tuning to ensure stable and secure operations.Monitor system capacity and performance trends, recommend and execute capacity planning actions.Diagnose system issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide effective remedial solutions within agreed timelines.Articulate maintenance solutions and technical recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.Prepare and maintain high‑quality documentation (procedures, incident reports, change records and solution proposals) in Chinese or English.Collaborate closely with offshore...
