Job Description

  • Ensure of the right troubleshooting and proper recommendation to fix the reported problem/s.
  • Report update on assigned schedule services in a daily basis.
  • Provide recommendation for all reported concerns except Premiere warranty and our of scope areas.
  • Provide acknowledgement, timely and regular update/feedback.
  • Inquire with Premiere Lenovo for the recommended parts.
  • Remind coordinators for prepared work permit and entry pass for each assigned tickets.
  • Ensure to inform clients that he is on the way for the service request.
  • Remind customers to anticipate surveys from Lenovo.
  • Assist Co-field engineer and in house engineers inquiry if in need of assistance onsite for technical concerns.
  • Assist additional concerns or additional schedules along the way.
  • Accomplish Daily Report, Petty submission/Liquidations and Monthly KPI.
  • Accomplish monthly training and refresher course.
