Job Title: Onsite AV Support Technician
This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting AV systems, providing first- and second-line IT support. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Crestron, Biamp technology. A valid UAE Driver's License is required.
Key Skills & Qualifications: 1. Excellent technical skills 2. Strong problem-solving abilities 3.Microsoft Office Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain) 4.Troubleshooting skills for complex electronic devices
