Onsite Technician

The Onsite Technician (Level 2) provides hands-on technical support across MCPC’s client locations in Akron and Barberton, delivering advanced endpoint troubleshooting, hardware support, and local technical assistance. This position serves as the primary on-site technical presence, ensuring stable operations, reduced escalations, and a high-quality end-user experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 desktop and endpoint support at both Akron and Barberton client sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents involving Windows OS, O365, endpoint security, hardware failures, imaging issues, and application problems.
  • Perform hands-on support for peripheral devices: printers, monitors, docking stations, UPS units, and basic network touchpoints.
