As Gofore is a digital transformation consultancy, the recruitment opportunities vary based on the client needs and future competence requirements. Typically, we expect our consultants to have several years of experience in similar roles, as the nature of our client projects requires a certain level of expertise.

In addition, Goforeans share a solution-oriented approach to work, curiosity for learning and professional development, good communication skills and ability for self-direction. As we want to be a great workplace for everyone, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are valued.

Expectations for language skills and location of work

Gofore is an international workplace, and we welcome people from different backgrounds. If you wish to work at Gofore in Finland, please note that as some of our customers work in Finnish, professional working proficiency in Finnish is a big advantage. Some projects require a security clearance check by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service. In case you will work in such a project, this check is required. It is always done with the applicant's consent.

In general, we are mainly looking for talents to work from our current sites. Options for remote work outside of these countries are limited.

Possibilities for future talents

At times, we also provide entry-level opportunities for aspiring talents of the digita world. We will announce those separately and publish the job openings on our open positions page. Currently, we have very limited opportunities for internships, thesis assignments, or summer jobs.
