About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Open Pit Manager to lead and manage our open pit mining operations, ensuring excellence across safety, technical delivery, and commercial performance. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for life‑of‑mine planning, contractor performance, and operational outcomes across the open pit function. Reporting to the Operational General Manager, this is a site‑based position operating on an 8:6, 4:3 roster. You will be responsible for the effective management of the Group's open pit mining division and for delivering strong operational, safety and commercial outcomes.
