As a Residential Care Worker at Kanda in Bowen, you’ll support a sibling group of young children aged 2–10 years in a warm, nurturing home environment. This role is ideal for people who are passionate about early childhood development, attachment and helping young children feel safe, supported and cared for. You’ll play a vital role in providing stability, routine, and positive daily experiences that support each child’s emotional wellbeing, development and sense of belonging. Whether you’re experienced in care work or ready to begin a meaningful new career, we’d love to meet you.
