Job Overview


  • The Senior ServiceNow HR Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Employee Center (EC) and integrations with systems like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role ensures seamless employee experiences by configuring HR workflows, portals, and lifecycle events while adhering to best practices and security standards.

  • Solution Design & Development Configure and customize HRSD modules: HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, and HR Knowledge Management.
    Develop self-service portals and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Service Portal framework.
    Implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
