About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Micro Focus / OpenText SMAX Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of SMAX ITSM & ITAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SMAX configuration, integrations, and ITSM best practices.
Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration- Configure and deploy SMAX ITSM and IT Asset Management modules
- Customize workflows, service catalogs, forms, and UI
- Manage multi-tenant architecture and system performance
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Design SMAX solutions aligned with ITSM best practices
- Create technical documentation (process flows, architecture, configs)
