write me a upwork job post to help me hire someone to hop on with me on a live Zoom or Google meets call and walk me through setting up OpenClaw in a VPS/cloud setup with full setup, optimization, and integrations along with full security setup walkthrough and using my Claude Max subscription ideally with some type of LLM fallback setup or automatic selection for low tier to high tier models if needed based on task.
Also with some walkthrough of how to best optimize it for my needs and have a full dashboard setup of task management/monitoring that's secured and setup for my view wherever I am.
Stack I'd ideally like but want input on:
- claude max subscription, fallback to API with some ability to ensure it's not using super powerful models for skutwork that doesnt need it
- ability to voice prompt it to action in some way through telegram or slack or whatever
- want it to be setup with it's own google workspace email and calendar that'll have view access to my calendar ...
