1. Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design, governance, and build-out of cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive cloud transformation initiatives while ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence.

This position will serve as a technical SME for Primary Skills GCP, Secondary Skills Azure Cloud -related activities, guiding engineering teams and advising stakeholders on architecture, best practices, and cloud modernization strategies.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Cloud Architecture & Strategy

· Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of solutions on Primary on GCP and Secondary on Azure.

· Define cloud architecture standards, landing zones, and reference architectures.

· Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives.

· Oversee operational health of GCP/Azure environments and production workloads.

· Act as GCP/Azure SME for internal stakeholders, application teams, and leadership.

· Work closely with enterprise architects, security architects, and platform owners.

· Present architecture proposals and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

· 5+ years hands-on GCP/Azure experience designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions.
