Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers through phone and email communication. This role involves understanding customer needs, qualifying leads, and providing product information to generate sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential customers via phone and email to introduce products and services.
- Understanding customer requirements and providing relevant product information to generate interest.
- Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Working closely with the sales team to meet targets and achieve revenue goals.
The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role. A graduate degree is required for this position. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a work from home environment. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks are also key requirements for this role
