Job Title: Press Tool DesignerDepartment: Tool Design / EngineeringLocation: Nashik, MaharashtraUnderstanding Product Requirements: Analyze product drawings, specifications, and tolerances to understand the forming requirements and critical dimensions.Tool Design and Development: Design and develop detailed 2D and 3D models of press tools (progressive, compound, single-stage) using CAD software (., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, NX).Material Selection: Select appropriate tool materials based on the application, considering factors such as wear resistance, strength, and cost.Tool Layout and Mechanism Design: Determine the optimal tool layout, strip layout, and design the necessary mechanisms for efficient and accurate part forming.
