We are seeking a technically astute and customer-focused Sales Support Engineer to provide essential technical assistance to our sales team and clients in the Nashik region. The Sales Support Engineer will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical specifications and customer needs, ensuring smooth sales processes and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms.Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Technical Assistance: Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process, including understanding customer technical requirements, answering technical inquiries, and offering application guidance for clients in Nashik.Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in Nashik, highlighting the technical features, benefits, and advantages of our (Specify Products/Services).Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs and specifications in the Nashik market.Technical Proposal and Quotation Support: Assist in the preparation of technical sections of proposals, specifications, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Liaison Between Sales and Engineering: Act as a technical point of contact between the sales team and the engineering/product development teams to address technical questions and provide feedback.Customer Technical Training: Conduct technical training sessions for customers in Nashik on the features, operation, and basic troubleshooting of our (Specify Products/Services).Post-Sales Technical Support: Provide initial post-sales technical support to customers in Nashik, assisting with installation guidance, basic troubleshooting, and addressing technical concerns.
