key responsibilities: handle end-to-end collection process for credit card and banking customers (idfc, urban/rural portfolio, indusind). make outbound calls to customers for emi, credit card, or loan collections. ensure adherence to compliance and company policies during every interaction. maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions. achieve daily and monthly collection targets. communicate professionally and clearly with customers to resolve payment issues. eligibility criteria: minimum requirement hsc (12th pass) or graduate. both freshers and experienced can apply. both male/female can apply. good communication skills are required. process details: salary: o hsc freshers- o experience with document salary- upto shift timings: day shift 9:30 to 9:30 (any 9 hrs of shift) work days: 6 working days weekly off: rotational off
