shishyakul academy is seeking committed, competent & academically sound educators to join its academic division as english teacher for grades 8 to 10 responsible for delivering curriculum-aligned content as per both cbse and state board standards. the role offers anin-hand salary of 15,000 - 30,000.key responsibilities:--> this role requires not only subject expertise but also effective teaching skills.--> the role requires high level of discipline, dedication, situational awareness, observation & precise documentation.--> the selected candidate will be accountable for timely syllabus completion, test paper preparation result analysis & maintaining academic documentation in accordance with institutional protocols. --> conduct sessions to help students learn and improve subject knowledge.--> monitor, analyse & report students academic progress to service manager.--> use positive feedback to motivate students.--> teach effective study habits & prepare students for real life exams.--> promote an interactive and engaging learning environment.--> ensure safe and supportive space for students to grow.job requirements:the minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & delivering content is highlydesirable.
