Job Title: Technical Support – Voice Process
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in International Technical Voice Support
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities :
· Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries
· Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolution
· Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshooting
· Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness
· Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns
· Outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when needed
Desired Skills:
Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want
• Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy
• Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking,
LAN, WAN Technologies
• Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.
• Ability to sell/Upsell
• Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7
Max CTC : 4.75 to 5.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days
