<p style="text-align:left">Company Name: Willware Technologies</p> <p style="text-align:left">Role : OpenShift L3 Support Engineer</p> <p style="text-align:left">Experience :6+Years</p> <p style="text-align:left">Work Mode :Remote</p> <p style="text-align:left">Work Timing : <b>UK Time Zone :(</b>1 PM to 11 PM)</p> <p style="text-align:left"> <b>US Time </b><b>Zone :(</b>6.30 PM to 3 AM)</p> <p style="text-align:left"> </p> <p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:left"><strong>Mandatory Skills: OpenShift L3 Support & </strong><b>troubleshooting</b></p> <p style="text-align:left"><b>Relevant exp in OpenShift :</b> <b>Min 6 years in OpenShift is Mandatory</b></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Lead resolution of critical or complex OpenShift and Kubernetes issues.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Oversee and optimize cluster capacity, performance, and scaling.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture changes.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Develop automation scripts and tooling for platform management (Ansible, Helm, Operators).</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Define and implement security hardening, compliance, and governance frameworks.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Mentor L2 engineers, review their escalations, and build an operational knowledge base.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Liaise with the architecture RnD and DevOps teams on enhancements and new capabilities.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes for the platform.</li>
</ul> <p style="text-align:left"><strong>Skills & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">7+ years of overall experience in Cloud support</li> <li style="text-align: left;">5+ years in OpenShift support (Relevant)</li> <li style="text-align: left;"> </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Expert-level understanding of OpenShift internals, API objects, and Operators.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Strong knowledge of container networking, ingress, and service mesh technologies.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience with automation and GitOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux) will be plus</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Proven track record in leading platform upgrades, migrations, and optimizations.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.</li>

<b>Preferred Certifications:</b></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (latest version).</li> <li style="text-align: left;">RHCA or equivalent advanced-level certification.</li>
