OpenStack Admin L2 - Pune

Education

Any graduate but preferably B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Experience

At least 3+ years of experience in Deployment and Support cloud Services

Mandatory Skills/Knowledge

Provisioning and configuration of resources, Monitoring and Alerting, Basic Level Trouble Shooting, Reporting on Cloud Metrics including capacity.

Documentation and knowledge management

Prior experience in maintaining Infrastructure services in Openstack, NetApp Storage and Software Defined Network

Should have Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Network

Work with customers to understand their issues in Infrastructure services

Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.

Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.

Provide second-level support and provide solution of issues reported by customer as well as monitoring

Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks

Guide first-level support team to resolve issues and create SOP's for recurring issues

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Openstack services and NetApp Storage

Experience with Linux/Unix and Networking

Knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Desired Certifications( good to have)

Certifications in Openstack, Linux/Unix, Network technologies.
