The role involves managing end-to-end archiving and legacy application decommissioning initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage OpenText InfoArchive implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate with architects, InfoArchive developers, AppBuilder developers, and business stakeholders
- Manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and change control
- Oversee data archiving, legacy system decommissioning, and validation activities
