Opentext xECM for SAP

The VIM ABAP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing SAP OpenText VIM solutions to streamline invoice processing and integration with SAP systems. This role involves working on WRICEF objects, custom workflows, and technical specifications to ensure seamless invoice management. Aware of latest OOPS coding standards
Development & Enhancements:
Build and maintain VIM-related programs, classes, and functions in SAP.
Implement enhancements for PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
Develop and configure IDOC ingestion processes for VIM integration with middleware (e.g., CPI).
Workflow & Integration:
Configure and troubleshoot VIM workflows, validations, and OData services.
Ensure proper linking of PDF attachments to VIM DP documents.
Code Review & Quality:
Follow code review checklists for VIM modules and enhancements.
Validate WRICEF objects and transport requests for compliance.
Reporting & Monitoring:
Monitor batch jobs and resolve issues in Dev, test and production environments.
Collaboration:
Work closely with functional teams, ABAP developers, and business stakeholders.
Participate in cutover activities and role assignments for VIM go-live.
