At Iberia Compositech Manufacturing, we are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team.

Location: Calatayud

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Programming and adjusting CNC machines to ensure precision and quality.
• Interpreting technical drawings and selecting the right tools.
• Optimising machining processes to improve times and reduce waste.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Coordinating with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in CNC machine programming.
• Knowledge of design and CAM software.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve technical problems.
• Experience in precision machining is an advantage.
