Job Summary: We are seeking a proven engineering professional to oversee the operational management and daily administration of a leading facilities team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead monitoring and maintenance of HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, valves, and other mechanical/electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee contractor activities and manage building infrastructure projects, including preventive maintenance scheduling and repair frequency determination.
