Operating Support & Training Manager

The Operating Support & Training (OS&T) Manager is a key leader within the Austal Defence Australia (ADA) Integrated Product Support (IPS) team. The OS&T Manager drives operating and training support outcomes providing strategic leadership for the OS&T Teams across multiple shipbuilding programs. The role sets the enterprise standards and establishes the business processes for conducting crew workforce analysis and design, developing the ship operating procedures and the planning the training support programs. This includes guiding and mentoring the development and integration of Mission System operating procedures as the interactive electronic technical publications (IETP), the training curricula and training equipment, and associated Technical Data within the IPS framework and the integrated data environment.
