Design and implement a complete, end-to-end operating system using ClickUp as the core platform. Build a unified “operational brain” that runs every domain of the organization—growth, delivery, managed services, practices, people, finance, quality, and operations—through one coherent, automated system.

You will design and implement a single operating model that works vertically (end-to-end value flow) and horizontally (shared capabilities across domains).
Vertical Domains (Value Flow)
Growth – marketing, pipeline, proposals, handoff to delivery
Client Success – account plans, renewals, escalations, QBRs
Delivery – programs, projects, milestones, outcomes
Managed Services (AMS) – incidents, requests, changes, SLAs
Horizontal Domains (Shared Capabilities)
