Job Description

You will be responsible for operational tasks that support the smooth management of the entire restaurant floor.

This role serves as a bridge between on‑site operations and back‑office functions, including store support, document preparation, and promotional material creation.

Floor Operations & Management

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and monitor the restaurant floor conditions
  • Manage business hours, including opening and closing procedures
  • Check cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Manage shared spaces (seating areas, aisles, etc.)
  • Communicate and coordinate with store staff and restaurant owners
  • Share and enforce operational and facility rules
  • Handle initial responses to issues and troubles (equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, etc.)
  • Coordinate compliance matters with restaurants handling alcohol and pork products
