Job Description
You will be responsible for operational tasks that support the smooth management of the entire restaurant floor.
This role serves as a bridge between on‑site operations and back‑office functions, including store support, document preparation, and promotional material creation.
Floor Operations & Management
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and monitor the restaurant floor conditions
- Manage business hours, including opening and closing procedures
- Check cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage shared spaces (seating areas, aisles, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate with store staff and restaurant owners
- Share and enforce operational and facility rules
- Handle initial responses to issues and troubles (equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, etc.)
- Coordinate compliance matters with restaurants handling alcohol and pork products
