Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily administrative support, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and conducting stock-take inventory sessions at retail / warehouse level.
  • Ensure proper communication on inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and stock movements.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflows and the adhering of company policies and procedures.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the operations and growth of the business.

Requirement:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a quick learner of new software systems.
