Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and issue tax invoices.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate job orders.
  • Liaise with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and document management.
  • Support marketing activities, including basic content preparation and campaign coordination.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • 5.25 working days/week
