Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and issue tax invoices.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate job orders.
- Liaise with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and document management.
- Support marketing activities, including basic content preparation and campaign coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support.
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- 5.25 working days/week
