Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To receive new job orders and follow up with customers.
- To handle company's import and export shipment of materials.
- To handle all complaints, feedback and problems.
- Handling customers goods' repair schedule with workshop.
- Application of required customs and GST permits etc if necessary.
- Check vessel timings and update if any changes.
- Check empty return yard and last day.
- Other admin and billing functions.
Requirements
- Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
- Min 2 year working experience and 1 year in similar industry
- Must be familiar with the use of , , etc...
- PC literate
- Well organize & able to multi-task
- Fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang MRT)
