Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To receive new job orders and follow up with customers.
  • To handle company's import and export shipment of materials.
  • To handle all complaints, feedback and problems.
  • Handling customers goods' repair schedule with workshop.
  • Application of required customs and GST permits etc if necessary.
  • Check vessel timings and update if any changes.
  • Check empty return yard and last day.
  • Other admin and billing functions.

Requirements

  • Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
  • Min 2 year working experience and 1 year in similar industry
  • Must be familiar with the use of , , etc...
  • PC literate
  • Well organize & able to multi-task
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang MRT)
