Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Inventory Coordination
  • Manage inbound/outbound logistics and ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize transportation for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Prepare logistics reports and track KPIs to improve performance.
  • Manage SLAs and logistics service provider performance.
• Production Floor Operations
  • Oversee daily activities across flower prepping, arrangement, QC, packaging, and handover.
  • Ensure stations are staffed, equipped, and running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse for material readiness.
  • Supervise workflow, resolve real-time issues, and elevate when needed.
