Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in making key policy, planning, and strategic decisions.
- Oversee daily operations of outlets and the Central Kitchen to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support short-term and long-term operational planning, including business expansions.
- Identify operational problems and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions.
- Build strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations to enhance business growth.
- Monitor and implement initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with delivery portals to ensure seamless service.
- Implement measures to improve customer experience across all outlets.
