Responsibilities

• Plan and execute dormitory operations to maintain efficient and effective resident services
• Coordinate timely delivery of catered food to residents, ensuring freshness and quality
• Manage resident check-in, check-out, and room allocation processes to optimize occupancy and comfort
• Facilitate resident movements between rooms and sick bay to support health and safety needs
• Compile and submit daily reports on residents requiring medical attention or with possible infectious diseases to the Dormitory Manager
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies including BCA, MOM, NEA, and SPF
