Global Operations Executive / Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Operations professional to manage end-to-end operational coordination, reporting, and analytics across global clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews with clients, vendors, and candidates; collect feedback
Screen and prepare candidates; standardize and quality-check resumes
Maintain candidate, vendor, and project databases
Manage contracts, accounts, tool access (Email/Slack), and resource allocation
Track project hours, billing data, costs, and monthly reports
Prepare operational dashboards and management reports
Support client communication, feedback, travel, and partner initiatives
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in operations, staffing, consulting, or global delivery
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Comfortable with data, reporting, and multi-time-zone operations
Prior exposure to IT services or staffing environments preferred
Reporting To: Global Management
