Job Description

Responsibilities:

· To coordinate and process customers' orders with efficiency enabling faster turnaround time.

· Manage selected key sales accounts.

· Assist salesperson in charge to achieve sales target.

· Handle and attend to customer's enquiry and complaints.

· Provide customer support and maintain good customer service.

· Handle all customer's orders and enquiry, receive and process orders, issue SOC timely.

· Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy.

· Coordinate with warehouse on pick/ pack of goods according to shipping schedule.

· Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange shipment of customer orders on time.

· Ensure accuracy in shipping documentations and endorsements.

· Check accuracy of invoices and charges from forwarder, entry into system.

· Book and arrange vessels on time and on schedule.

· Ensure LC accuracy and proper, on time submission to bank...
