Operation Executive

Overview

The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of retail outlets from initial setup to successful daily operation. This role involves site identification, coordination of store setup, utilities management, licensing, maintenance, and ensuring smooth operational readiness of each store.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable locations for new retail outlets based on business requirements and market potential.
• Coordinate with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders on tenancy matters, site inspections, and store handover.
• Manage store setup activities including renovation, layout arrangement, fixtures, and equipment installation.
• Handle applications and renewals of all necessary licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
