**Job Purpose and Impact**



The Operation Executive, will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of the facility or office related to customer requests, inventory and provision management, logistics and security procedures.



**Key Accountabilities**



+ Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.

+ Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.

+ Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.

+ Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times

+ Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards.

+ Provide assistance and training to lower level employees.
