Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our service apartment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house guest services
  • Assist in scheduling and supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Handle guests' enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Conduct daily inspections of apartments and common areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities to prevent shortages
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (occupancy, maintenance issues, guest feedback, incidents)
  • Manage administrative duties such as updating records, processing invoices and delivery orders
