Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Project and Operations Manager for work scheduling and site arrangement.
  • Assume roles and responsibilities as Project Engineer and/or Coordinator for assigned projects.
  • Assist Project/Operations Manager in fulfilling project management duties.
  • Report and support all operational matters, including administration, manpower scheduling, training, staff evaluations, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare work plans for execution of various project components.
  • Supervise and manage site activities and provide updates to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure high quality of work and timely project completion.
  • Attend project coordination and progress meetings.
  • Track and update workflow related to purchase order status.
