- Schedule daily job for installation and delivery, manage daily deployment of workers
- Manage and record workers attendance
- Assist company in all daily operations work
- Issue Quotation, Work Order accordingly
- Keep track of inventory, alert management for items in low stock
- Work as a team with operation to ensure everything goes well
- Liaise with suppliers for checking stocks, order and arrangements
- Any other ad-hoc, administrative works if assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 -2 years working experience in operations planning or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ability to work independently and with a team
