Job Scope

The School Transport Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of student transportation services. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and timely transport of students between school and home, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Plan and schedule transportation routes and timetables; coordinate and monitor daily bus operations to ensure punctuality and safety; handle last-minute route adjustments due to absences, road closures, or emergencies.
• Driver & Fleet Coordination: Liaise with bus drivers and transport vendors for smooth operations; ensure all drivers follow safety protocols and have up-to-date licenses and permits; oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness of transport fleet.
