Operation Head (Power Plant)

Description

1. Direct and manage the operations of the power plants in the 3 islands.
2. Formulate plans and programs to meet the goals of the company while ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the power plants and distribution systems.
3. Ensure that the organization is well-designed to accomplish the department’s objectives.
4. Ensure that the work schedules, work environment, tools, and implements are well-designed and adequate for all employees.
5. Ensure the overall safety of the power plants.
6. Establish key performance indicators of the operations group.

Qualifications

1. Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
2. PEE or PME is a plus; having a postgraduate degree is also an advantage.
3. Must have a minimum of 5 years of related working experience in the power industry, with at least 2 years in power plant operation...
