JOB DETAILS

Lead the technical teams to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and achieve production targets according to AOP
Lead the overall plant operations as per company policies & guidelines

Ensure optimum plant availability by facilitating and arranging all necessary resources for maintenance work

Enforce Team Coordination of the technical departments for each department to achieve more

Drive projects of 5S, Kaizen, CFT, etc to get better delivery for plant results.

Oversee all the manufacturing and process excellence activities.

Maintain Stores and consumables effectively such that budgets are well utilized and ensure availability of material.

Guide the department Heads to ensure continual improvement in the plant by monitoring and analyzing the process condition to improve the operational efficiency & energy conservation

Plan all shutdowns, and maintenance activities for the plant.

Ensure team building, mentoring & coaching and necessary training/ qualification program are implemented timely at all levels of employee

Create succession planning within each department.

Training and Development of all teams in terms of skills and competencies required at the job.
