Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our Iloilo site. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven BPO operations experience, and the ability to drive performance, efficiency, and excellent customer service for both clients and internal teams.
